1. Return Policy

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be returned with all original accessories, labels, and parts.
  • The product must not be a final sale item (e.g., gift cards, downloadable software, or products marked as non-returnable).

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us at thomas@doubletelectrics.com or through our Contact Us page with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or further instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and send it back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process once approved, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process above, and then place a new order for the item you would like to receive. We do not offer direct exchanges, but we will be happy to process a return and issue a refund, after which you can place a new order for a different item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thomas@doubletelectrics.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and if the item is confirmed to be defective, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift Cards
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items
